As Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business.

Driving sales, service and profitability targetswhile managing budgets, inventory and key performance indicators.

What Will You Bring?
We're looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and passionate about the automotive industry.
You'll ideally have:
3 years' experience as a Store Manager in automotive/tyre retail leadership position.
Strongmechanical and automotive knowledge.
Aqualified Mechanicbackground is highly regarded.
A proven ability tolead, motivate, coach and develop teams.
A genuine passion forsales, customer service and achieving results.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Confidence managingstore operations, inventory, budgets and performance metrics.
Availability to workSaturdays.
