Job Description
The Muse-Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant Project Manager to support senior executives and manage project deliverables efficiently.
This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work arrangements and is ideal for candidates with robust communication and multitasking skills who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence handling
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project progress
Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a remote work environment
Full working rights in Australia
Preferred Qualifications
Formal qualifications in business administration, project management, or related fields
Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management
Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies
Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management
