Sodexo is hiring a Security Officer Team Leader in Wyong, NSW.
The role focuses on managing gatehouse operations, controlling site access, and maintaining a secure setting for employees, contractors, visitors and deliveries.
It follows a rotating 4x12-hour day/night roster with four days off, and is paid at Level 4 under the Security Services Industry Award.
The candidate will lead a team, ensure entry procedures are followed, and support continuous safety improvements on site.
