Job Description
Trojan Recruitment is seeking a Second-in-Command for a Melbourne-area meat processing facility, based in the Knoxfield warehouse.
The role centers on dispatch in boxed beef with experience in cold-storage and dealing with packaged meat products, offering a temp-perm pathway.
You will handle transport scheduling, operate LF High Reach Forklift, prepare orders for dispatch, rotate stock, and maintain records while coordinating with production, warehouse, QC and other departments.
