$120,000 – $125,000 per year + Accommodation
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead an established accommodation and food & beverage operation in Coastal South West Victoria.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially astute hotelier who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation, engaging with guests, developing people and driving strong operational and financial performance.
This is a live in role with self contained accommodation provided onsite.
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the hotel operation, including:
Rooms and Food & Beverage operations
Commercial performance, revenue and financial outcomes
Team leadership, engagement and development
Guest experience and service standards
Compliance and operational standards
Supplier and stakeholder relationships
Property presentation and operational performance
Local community engagement
Leading and supporting the team through change
Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and performance
About You
Has strong senior hotel management experience across Rooms and F&B;
Brings proven commercial and operational capability




Has a sound understanding of revenue management and financial performance
Has experience leading established teams through change or transition
Is an emotionally intelligent and people-focused leader
Is confident representing the hotel within the local community
Thrives in a visible, hands-on management environment
Has previous branded or franchised hotel experience — highly regarded
Takes genuine pride in guest experience and service delivery
Can balance commercial objectives with strong people leadership
This is not a desk-based GM role.
The successful candidate will be highly visible within the operation, working closely alongside the team, guests and wider community.
