Nestled in Parramatta Park's lush surrounds, Parramatta Aquatic Centre (the PAC) is a new fitness, wellness and relaxation hub.
Featuring three pools including an outdoor Olympic-sized centrepiece and indoor water playground, as well as spa, steam and sauna facilities, fitness centre, and public café, the PAC is a community oasis to accompany Parramatta's burgeoning CBD district.

About The Role
This role is responsible for high quality café operations, including but not limited to, customer service, food and beverage preparation including coffee and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen.
You will need to be flexible and willing to work a 7-day rotating roster.
Shifts will be between 5:30am to 6:30pm.
In this role, your main tasks will be:
Food preparation in accordance with café menu ensuring high standards of quality
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options to customers
Operate hotplates and assorted cooking equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Administer food and beverage purchase transactions
Assist with ongoing stock maintenance, rotation of frozen goods and monthly stock takes of all saleable items
Ensure consistent high levels of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene,



safety and security within the facility

We are offering a casual opportunity with a competitive hourly rate from $***** plus 25% casual loading plus 12% Superannuation.
You will need to be flexible and willing to work a 7-day rotating roster.
Shifts will be between 5:30am to 6:30pm.

About You
The successful candidate is someone who brings:
At least 2 years of previous front-of house experience in a busy café/hospitality environment and previous food preparation and kitchen experience.
Point-of-sale experience
Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
Experience working independently and within a team environment·

NSW Working with Children Check Clearance
Food Handling Certificate
Food Service Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
