VACCA is seeking a Kinship Finding Team Leader in Preston to lead a culturally secure, state-wide program that finds kinship networks for Aboriginal children in care.
You will guide staff, coordinate family finding, and research family trees to connect children with kin, country and culture.
You will work with partners to strengthen connections, manage reporting, and ensure timely, sensitive service delivery in a respectful, community-centred environment.
