About the Company
Our client is a leading Tier 1 Mechanical Contractor with a strong national presence and an outstanding reputation across complex commercial and infrastructure projects throughout Australia.
They deliver large scale engineering, installation and maintenance solutions across hospitals, data centres, Defence, and major State and Federal Government projects.
Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced BIM Modeller / Revit Specialist to join their Brisbane team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly capable BIM and engineering team working on major projects valued between $500M and $1B.
You'll work alongside five experienced BIM professionals and a wider engineering team of 14, supporting the delivery of accurate, construction aligned models across live projects.
The role will suit someone who enjoys technical BIM delivery, problem solving, and collaborating closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers and Schedulers throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities




Develop and maintain accurate Mechanical BIM models in line with site installation and As Built requirements
Ensure models are delivered to LOD standards
Produce detailed 3D documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Coordinate BIM workflows, datasets and project setup activities
Work closely with site and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance
Manage and maintain BIM content, including family creation and updates
Support project delivery through proactive coordination and technical problem solving
About You
Proven experience in a BIM Modeller or Revit Specialist role within Australia
Strong experience delivering MEP BIM projects on major construction developments
Advanced capability in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Experience working on large scale projects, ideally $500M+
Strong understanding of construction methodology and coordination processes
Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions focused approach
White Card required
Security Clearance advantageous
Current Driver's Licence required
