As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operational, and administrative running of the practice, while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
You'll work closely with our dentists and support staff to ensure an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes
Manage, mentor, and roster front-of-house and support staff
Monitor practice performance against KPIs and financial targets
Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and stock control
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, WHS, and infection control standards
Liaise with the Principal Dentist on practice growth and strategy
About you




Previous experience in practice management (dental or medical preferred)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Sound understanding of budgets, billing, and financial reporting
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
