About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and drivenBranch Managerto lead our Melbourne branch, based in Truganina.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and ensuring smooth branch operations across sales and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead and manage sales and warehouse teams to deliver strong performance
Grow existing accounts and drive new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide strategy




Support demand forecasting and supply chain planning
Ensure efficient warehouse operations and high service standards
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Resolve customer issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities
About You
3–5 years' experience in a leadership role
Tyre or automotive industry experience (preferred)
Proven sales and business development success
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Results-driven with a hands-on approach
