The Opportunity Working alongside an experienced Strata Manager,

Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of a strata portfolio
Coordinating maintenance and repair requests
Communicating with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
Supporting insurance and compliance processes
Managing general strata administration and correspondence
Learning the ins and outs of strata management through hands-on training
