The Opportunity

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a leading contractor on a major resources project in Queensland.
n
With mobilisation expected to move quickly, we are actively recruiting an experienced Project Director who has the leadership capability and project experience to take ownership of a significant delivery package.
n
This is an prospect to join a major project at an important stage and play a key role in establishing, leading and delivering the project through to completion.
n
Will consider candidates across the East Coast happy with FIFO arrangements.
n
The Scope
n
The project involves significant heavy civil, bulk earthworks and structural works, with a strong focus on self-performing key elements of the scope.
n
You will provide senior leadership across the project, working closely with the client and internal project teams to ensure safe, efficient and successful delivery.

What We're Looking For

We are interested in speaking with Project Directors who have a proven track record delivering:
n

Major civil, mining, resources or infrastructure projects
n
Complex construction packages with significant project values
n
Self-performed civil and construction works
n
Large multidisciplinary project teams
n
Projects involving demanding operational, safety and stakeholder environments
n
n
You don't necessarily need to be actively looking. If you have successfully delivered major projects before and would consider the right opportunity, we'd like to have a confidential conversation.
