An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Venue Manager to take ownership of an established food-focused venue and lead an epic team!

This role would suit an established hospitality leader who enjoys being hands‐on, driving results and taking charge of the overall performance of their venue.

The Role
n
Lead a High-Volume Operation: Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and overall performance of a busy venue.
n
Drive Commercial Results: Manage sales, labour, costs, budgets and key operational targets to deliver solid results.
n
Lead a Large Team: Build an engaged and high‐performing team through strong leadership, coaching and transparent expectations.
n
Own the Customer Experience: Maintain high standards across service, quality and overall venue presentation.
n
Responsibilities
n
Experienced Manager: 3+ years of management experience within hospitality, QSR, restaurants, pubs, cafés, retail or another high‐volume setting.
n
Strong Operator:



Confident managing all aspects of venue operations, including rostering, labour, stock, compliance, sales and costs.
n
Commercially Focused: Comfortable working towards budgets, KPIs and performance targets.
n
People Leader: Proven experience managing and developing large teams, including coaching other managers and emerging leaders.
n
Hands‐On Approach: Comfortable working alongside the team and leading from the front during busy periods.
n
Strong Leadership Skills: Organised, resilient and confident making decisions in a fast‐paced environment.
n
