We're partnering with a growing and energetic insurance business that is looking for a dedicated Claims Consultant on a 12-month max term contract to join their team. You'll be managing end-to-end claims while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full claims lifecycle from lodgement to resolution
n
Support and guide customers with empathy and professionalism
n
Act as the first point of contact for incoming claims
n




Review and negotiate claims to ensure fair outcomes
n
Maintain accuracy and efficiency while following internal procedures and service standards
n

Previous experience in claims or a complex customer service environment
