St John of God Social Outreach is seeking a Clinical Nurse (Mental Health) to join the Medicare Mental Health Service in Mirrabooka, WA.
This permanent full time role supports direct care, assessments and care planning within a multidisciplinary team.
You will provide high-quality nursing care, coordinate complex cases, advocate for patients and ensure documentation and policies meet service standards.
AHPRA registration is required and a commitment to the organisation's mission.
