Key Responsibilities:
Full Operational Management:
Oversee all front-of-house activities, from opening to closing, ensuring seamless daily operations.




Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, schedule, and inspire a dedicated front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and warmth.
Customer Experience:
Be the primary point of contact for guests, building lasting relationships and ensuring every visit is exceptional.
Service Flow Optimization:
Manage busy service periods, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate orders, and maintain an inviting setting.
Inventory & Supplies:
Manage front-of-house inventory, including retail products, ingredients and packaging supplies, and place orders as needed.
Financial Oversight:
Handle daily cash reconciliation, monitor front-end sales, and contribute to budget management to drive profitability.
