We're looking for a hands-on Technical Installation Supervisor to help deliver world-class Operating Theatres across Australia and New Zealand. If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems on-site, and travelling, this could be the role for you.

Based in Brisbane, you'll travel Monday to Friday (no weekends), working on-site across ANZ with a supportive, experienced team.
n
Your days will be hands-on, varied and fast-paced. You'll:
n
Lead and support installation teams onsite across Australia and Current Zealand
n
Troubleshoot issues in the field and find practical solutions to keep projects moving
n
Coordinate contractors, builders and hospital stakeholders throughout the installation
n
Complete quality checks, testing and final commissioning activities
n
Work with a tight-knit team who stay connected (even if rarely in the same place!)
n
Enjoy travel around Australia and New Zealand (no weekends)
n

Who you are:
n
This role is for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in leading onsite work.
n
Experience working in technical, hands-on environments (e.g., electrical, AV,



or mechanical installation)
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Proven ability to work independently on-site and manage trades and timelines
n
Excellent communication skills — able to interact with builders, hospital staff, and internal stakeholders
n
Confident managing installations solo, but also a team player who thrives with support
n
No healthcare experience required. If you've worked in AV, electrical, communications, mechanical installation or a similar technical environment, we'd love to hear from you.
