Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - New Installations to lead our Queensland New Installations Sales team, based in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will drive sales growth across the construction market while leading and developing a high-performing team of Technical Sales Consultants.
n
With Queensland experiencing significant investment across infrastructure, commercial and residential developments, including projects linked to the Brisbane **** Olympic and Paralympic Games, this role offers the opportunity to shape Schindler's growth and strengthen our market position across the state.

Key Responsibilities
n

Drive the Queensland New Installations sales strategy and growth.
n
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
n
Identify and secure new construction opportunities across key market sectors.
n
Build strong relationships with developers, builders, consultants and customers.
n
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and contract negotiations.
n
Collaborate across the business to deliver customer-focused solutions.
n
n
About You
n
A commercially driven sales leader with a proven track record of growing market share, developing teams and building strong industry relationships.
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Qualifications in Business, Engineering, Building, Marketing or a related field.
n
Extensive sales experience within lifts, construction, building services or infrastructure.
n




Proven sales leadership and team development experience.
n
Solid commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience managing pipelines, forecasting and major opportunities.
n
Sound technical understanding of construction projects and customer requirements.
n
Excellent communication skills and a current driver's licence.
n

Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience within the lift, construction or building services industries.
n
Consultative sales and strategic account management expertise.
n
Knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards.
n
Experience using data and technology to improve sales performance.
n
Established networks across Queensland's property and construction sectors.
