Responsibilities
n
n
Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transporting transportation
n
Assists to direct traffic in the hotel's driveway
n
Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
n
Assists to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department
n
Supervises employees within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills
n
Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Opera
n
Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
n
Good knowledge of Sydney
n
Ability to organize the driveway
n




Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry
n
Valid Australian Licence is a must
n
