JLU Rope Technicians, based in Melbourne, seeks an Operations Manager – Rope Access & Building Services to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate field teams, allocate resources, and drive protected, efficient, and profitable project delivery.

You will work closely with the Director, manage staff and subcontractors, liaise with clients, and focus on labour allocation, scheduling, permits, inductions and site documentation to ensure projects run smoothly.
