An exciting opportunity has become available with a
well-established and growing Brisbane construction business
delivering a diverse pipeline of commercial, industrial and government projects. This is a genuine senior leadership opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on, leading people and having ownership across project delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for approximately
$30M of work annually
, leading a team of 5 across project delivery:
Manage multiple commercial, industrial and government projects
Take ownership of budgets, programs and project performance
Oversee procurement, subcontractors and consultants
Manage variations, claims, risk and commercial outcomes
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Drive quality, safety and compliance
Mentor and develop your project delivery team
Work closely with senior leadership to drive project and business outcomes

About You We are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
with:
Strong commercial construction experience
Proven experience managing sizeable projects or portfolios
Previous leadership or team management experience
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The ability to lead a team while maintaining high project delivery standards
