The role suits an experienced Architect who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships and guiding projects strategically.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects and teams across community-focused sectors
n
Work closely with Directors on studio leadership and future growth
n
Provide guidance and markups to the design and documentation team
n
Contribute to and build client relationships
n
Mentor and support emerging Architects and other project leaders
n
n




Skills & Experience
n
n
Registered Architect currently operating at Senior Associate level
n
Demonstrated experience across education, aged care, housing or community projects (ideal)
n
Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, or strong BIM workflow understanding
n
Proven
leadershipcapability
n
Confident communication and client-facing skills
n
Interest in long-term studio leadership and succession
n
