Stanley Manly is looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests walk through the door.
n
Located at Manly Wharf, Stanley Manly brings a fresh take on modern dining, with a beautiful waterfront setting, a buzzing atmosphere and a team that genuinely loves hospitality.
n
As a Section Waiter, you'll take ownership of your section and ensure every guest receives warm, knowledgeable and attentive service.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Looking after your section from start to finish
n
Providing friendly, professional and engaging table service
n
Taking orders and confidently talking guests through the menu
n
Demonstrating strong food and beverage knowledge
n
Delivering food and drinks efficiently and accurately
n
Anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
n
Working closely with the kitchen, bar and wider FOH team
n
Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness
n
Supporting the team during busy services and helping wherever needed
n
n
What we are looking for:

n
Previous experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar restaurant role
n
Solid knowledge of food, wine and beverage service
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n




The ability to confidently manage your own section
n
A calm, organised approach during busy services
n
A genuine passion for hospitality
n
A positive, team-focused attitude
n
Availability across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
n
