We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Community Worker to join our team and support individuals, families, and communities.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Assess clients' needs and develop appropriate educational, training, and support programs.
n
Interview clients and assess social, emotional, financial, and other challenges.
n
Monitor client progress and prepare relevant reports and documentation.
n
Refer clients to appropriate government agencies, welfare services, and other support organisations.
n
Assess community needs and available resources relating to health, welfare, housing, employment, and training services.
n
Liaise with community groups, welfare agencies, government bodies,



and other organisations to address community issues and promote available services.
n
Provide support and assistance to families, young people, children, and people with disabilities.
n
Assist young people in addressing social, emotional, and financial concerns.
n
Prepare reports, submissions, and applications for funding and community resources.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Community Services, Social Work, or a related field
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate support and referrals
n
Compassionate, professional, and committed to supporting diverse communities
