n Join our vibrant vintage team in Yenda for the **** grape harvest! Each year, we welcome enthusiastic people from across Australia and around the world to be part of this exciting seasonal experience.

We're seeking Vintage Laboratory Assistants to support our winemaking team with routine sampling and analysis throughout the vintage period. This is a great opportunity for those with a science background or an interest in wine production.
n
As a Vintage Laboratory Assistant, you'll be involved in:
n
n
Routine sampling and analysis of tanks
n
Testing grape samples
n
Monitoring ferments for: Baume, Temperature, YAN (Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen), pH, TA (Titratable Acidity), Alcohol, Glucose & Fructose (G+F), Malolactic fermentation (Malo)
n
n
No experience? No worries! We value a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. If you've worked in hospitality, farming, or other hands-on roles, that's a bonus!

What you'll need:

Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves

Able to work shifts and weekends
n
Your own reliable transport
n
Available for the full vintage period (End of January to April ****)
n
At least 18 years old by 31 January ****

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a laboratory environment is an advantage
n
Previous winery experience
n
n
