RMS is seeking a part time legal partner to own end-to-end customer contract negotiations for a fast-growing SaaS business based in Melbourne. You will draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscriptions, MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, and partner agreements, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to provide practical risk guidance.
