We are growing, and we're looking for a capable and hands‐on Projects Supervisor to join our site‐based Projects team. This is a key role responsible for leading contractor workgroups and delivering capital projects that directly support safe and efficient mining operations.
n
Reporting to the Senior Projects Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard—while contributing to a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

The Chance:
n
You'll take ownership of supervising contractors and coordinating project execution across a range of site‐based capital works. Working closely with Project Engineers and key stakeholders, you'll ensure strong alignment between planning, delivery and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Supervising contractor workgroups to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within scope
n
Driving a strong safety culture through proactive hazard identification and risk management
n
Supporting project planning,



scheduling and execution activities
n
Monitoring contractor performance, compliance and quality standards
n
Ensuring accurate record keeping and project reporting
n
Contributing to scope development, design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
n

About you
n
You're a practical, safety-focused leader with a strong background in mining or construction environments. You're confident working across multiple stakeholders and take pride in delivering high‐quality outcomes.
n

Proven supervisory experience in mining or construction
n
Strong contractor management and project delivery capability
n
A commitment to safety leadership and environmental responsibility
n
Relevant trade or project management qualifications (desirable)
n
Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate (highly regarded)
