Silverchain is seeking a Clinical Nurse to lead community-based care in Busselton on a Permanent Part-Time basis (3 days per week). You will work with the Clinical Nurse Manager and other Clinical Nurse (Case Coordinators) to ensure secure delivery of quality evidenced based clinical practice in your area.
You will be accountable for the competency and performance of clinical staff in your team, demonstrate strong leadership, decision making and collaboration, and maintain high standards of care
