Sephora seeks a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) for our Karrinyup store in Australia in a full time leadership role. You will lead 20+ beauty advisors, shape the client experience, and drive sales KPIs in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver premium service and operational excellence, with onboarding and ongoing development within a global beauty group. Rotating roster includes late nights and weekends.
