Job Description
Monash Women's in Melbourne, VIC seeks a Part time Credentialed Diabetes Nurse Educator (Community) to support diabetes education across community sites including Cranbourne Community Hospital.
n
You will deliver diabetes education, assess and treat patients, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should hold a Post Graduate Certificate of Diabetes Education and be an ADEA Credentialed Diabetes Educator, with at least 3 years' experience.
