About the role
n
You will be entrusted with leading the home's clinical services, ensuring excellence in clinical governance while inspiring and supporting the wider clinical team.
n
n
Lead clinical governance, quality improvement and ensure compliance with Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
Provide leadership, support and clinical oversight to the wider clinical team while directly managing two experienced Clinical Care Coordinators.
n
Coach, mentor and inspire the wider clinical team to deliver exceptional person-centred care, building a culture of curiosity, critical thinking and continuous improvement.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care.
n




Proven experience leading clinical governance, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
n
Demonstrated understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and ability to embed them into everyday practice.
n
Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
