As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Sales Consultantto take the lead in our Paving and Retaining Wall Division, driving sales and helping shape the future of this expanding area of the business.

The Opportunity
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, career-minded salesperson who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.
n
You'll be meeting clients both in-home and in-office to design, quote, and sell retaining wall and paving projects. All leads are qualified and supplied - no cold calling required. You'll manage your own schedule, work autonomously, and take ownership of your results.
n
For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to evolve into a Sales Management position, leading and growing the paving and retaining team as the division expands.

What You'll Bring
n




We're looking for someone who is:
n
Customer-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups
n
Experienced in consultative, in-home sales — ideally within construction or home improvement
n
Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent, professional effort
n
Confident using computer systems and working with plans or technical details
n
Flexible to meet with clients after hours or on Saturday mornings as required
n
A team player with a genuine interest in long-term career growth
n
A background in paving, retaining walls, or related trades will be highly regarded but is not essential — full training on our systems and products will be provided.
