We are recruiting for an established and highly regarded commercial real estate business seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a quality commercial portfolio, work closely with landlords and tenants, and play a key role in maximising asset performance.

The Role

Manage an established commercial property portfolio
n
Build robust landlord and tenant relationships
n
Manage leases, renewals, rent reviews and negotiations
n
Oversee maintenance, contractors and compliance
n
Manage budgets, reporting and financial performance
n
Provide proactive commercial advice to clients
n
Work collaboratively with leasing and sales teams
n

About You

Proven commercial property management experience
n
Strong knowledge of commercial leasing
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Commercially minded and client-focused
n
Queensland real estate licence
n
