Practice Lead / Principal Consultant - Secure Technology Transformation

Decipher Bureau is looking for an experienced recruitment professional to lead and grow our Secure Technology Transformation practice in Brisbane.
n

We're increasingly partnering with clients across project delivery, change, cloud, infrastructure, architecture, data, AI and broader technology transformation – and we're looking for someone to lead the growth of this market.

The Opportunity
n
This is an opportunity to build a significant recruitment practice within an established specialist business – without having to start from scratch.
n
You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of Queensland Government and Government Owned Corporation relationships, supported by our position on one of Queensland's largest technology recruitment panels.
n
You'll also have access to existing enterprise relationships, an established contractor portfolio, inbound opportunities and the support of an experienced national team.
n
From that platform, you'll have the autonomy to build.
n
Develop new clients. Expand existing relationships. Identify new markets. Grow your contractor portfolio. And, as the practice develops, build a specialist recruitment team around you.

What You'll Do
n
You'll take ownership of the growth of our Secure Technology Transformation practice, including:
n
n
Leading and growing our Queensland Government and GOC relationships
n
Developing new and existing government and enterprise clients
n




Maximising opportunities through our established technology recruitment panel
n
Building long-term relationships with senior technology stakeholders
n
Recruiting specialist permanent and contract technology professionals
n
Growing a sustainable and profitable recruitment portfolio
n
Identifying new capability areas and market opportunities
n
Building a specialist team as the practice grows
n
n
Your market will span areas including:

Project & Program Delivery
n
Business Analysis
n
Change Management
n
Testing & Quality Assurance
n
Cloud & Infrastructure

Architecture

Data & AI

About You:
n
We're looking for an experienced agency recruitment professional who knows how to build a market, develop senior client relationships and turn prospect into sustainable revenue.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
A successful background in agency recruitment
n
Strong business development and account management capability
n
Experience recruiting technology professionals or within an adjacent specialist market
n
Experience working with government, enterprise or complex client environments
n
Confidence engaging senior executives and developing trusted relationships
n
A strong commercial mindset and track record of building business
n




The ambition to take ownership of a market and grow something significant
n

You don't need to have recruited across every technology discipline we cover.
