These roles will be overseeing all aspects of hotel front desk operations at Nesuto's expansion into the Victorian market. Nesuto Docklands is a $100m recent build property, located in Melbourne'sThe District Docklands. The 211 key Apartment Hotel features 58 x 1-bedroom, 20 x 2-bedroom and 133 premium apartments.

The role involves:
n

Overseeing all aspects of planning, organising, and coordinating the front desk operations for the property while on shift.
n
Assisting with reservations and enquiries as required.
n
Working efficiently with our maintenance and outsourced housekeeping teams to ensure the property is presented to the highest standard.
n
Superb communication skills when interacting with guests,



clients, team members and suppliers.
n
Handling guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
n
Striving to improve the properties operations and finding efficiencies in processes.
n
Ensuring security is effectively managed at all times.
n
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
n
Reporting on all aspects of day-to-day operations to the Hotel Manager Manager.
n
Ensuring health and safety practices are followed and the security of the building and is effectively managed at all times.

Our ideal Duty Manager will have:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar level role

- First Aid Certificate
