Job Description
Mercor is seeking a remote AI red team specialist to stress test conversational models and identify vulnerabilities across multi-turn interactions. You will explore jailbreaks, prompt injections, bias, and misuse scenarios while producing reproducible results for customers.

You will also annotate failures, classify risks, and help build playbooks and benchmarks, ensuring risks are communicated clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
