About You

You are a genuine self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing. You think ahead, identify potential problems before they become major issues and enjoy finding practical solutions.
n
You will ideally have a background in either a building trade, construction or sales, with a strong understanding of people and the importance of delivering an excellent client experience.
n
Highly self-motivated and organised
n
A practical thinker and strong problem solver
n
Comfortable dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Able to handle difficult or sensitive situations calmly and professionally
n
Computer literate and comfortable using modern construction and communication systems
n
Reliable, hardworking and prepared to take responsibility
n
Someone who enjoys getting an early start and making the most of the day
n




A natural leader with the ambition to progress into Construction Management and beyond

The Opportunity
n
Initially, you will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects and ensuring homes are delivered to a high standard, on time and with a solid focus on customer satisfaction.
n
However, this role is about much more than simply supervising building sites.
n
For the right person, there is a genuine prospect to become an integral part of the management team and progress into a Construction Manager or senior leadership position as the business continues to grow.
