Your new role
n
As a Psychologist specialising in Critical Incident Response, you will provide immediate support to workplaces experiencing traumatic or challenging events. You will:
n
n
Deliver onsite and remote psychological first aid after critical incidents
n
Provide individual and group support, stabilisation and psychoeducation
n
Support managers and leaders in responding to workplace incidents
n
Participate in the after‐hours mobilisation roster (two out of every three weeks)
n
Attend client sites across Perth and regional WA, sometimes at short notice
n
Build strong relationships with client organisations and communicate clearly during high‐pressure events
n
Complete timely, accurate documentation and follow‐up support
n
Provide EAP counselling, wellbeing services and assessments when working from the office (secondary to CIR duties)
n

About You
n
n
Registered Psychologist with full AHPRA registration
n
Confident supporting clients experiencing trauma, distress or acute stress
n
Comfortable with regular travel and attending workplaces onsite and responding at short notice
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
n
Current driver's licence
n
