About the opportunity

As a Registered Nurse in our St Vincents Corinda Aged Care, you will work closely with the Clinical team comprising of Clinical Manager, Clinical Nurse and other Quality team.
n
You will ensure the provision of quality
patient/resident/client
care through clinical nursing practice, promoting collaborative relationships amongst the health care team and maintaining a customer-focused approach to nursing across the continuum of care.
n

Things that work for us
n
n
Availability for CASUAL position to cover Afternoon and Night shifts mainly.
n
High experience in working with Dementia clients would be an advantage.
n
Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential.
n
Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility.
n
High level of customer service skills.
n
Robust attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
n
Ability to follow directives as per care plan.
n
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
n
Nationally Coordinated Police Clearance Certificate or NDIS Clearance.
n
