About the Role

We are growing our People & Culture Business Partnering team and have 12-month HR Advisor roles for those who thrive in an operational environment with purpose and impact.
n
This role is hands‐on, with a strong focus on managing employee relations matters and partnering closely with leaders to navigate complex people challenges, build capability, and drive better workplace outcomes.
n
About You
n
You will be a confident and capable HR skilled who enjoys being close to the action, not removed from it and bring to the team:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in employee relations and case management, ideally in complex or operational environments.
n
Confidence in handling investigations and sensitive workplace matters.
n
Experience supporting or exposure to unionised workforces and industrial frameworks.
n
A practical, solutions‐focused approach, providing advice and solutions.
n
Communication and skills, with the ability to build trust and influence leaders on‐site.
n
Flexibility and willingness to travel to sites as required.
n
n
What you will be doing.
n
n
Managing a steady volume of employee relations cases including performance, misconduct, conflict, and attendance matters.
n
Conducting and supporting workplace investigations and preparing clear, compliant outcomes.Coaching frontline leaders on people management, decision‐making and risk mitigation.
n
Supporting unionised workforces,



ensuring fair and consistent application of industrial frameworks.
n
Facilitating conversations, mediations, and practical on‐the‐ground interventions to resolve issues and improve team dynamics.
n
Building strong relationships with site leaders and providing timely, practical advice in real‐time environments
n
Working across multiple sites, with planned and balanced travel as part of a national HR team
n
n
This is an chance to step into a role where you will build real capability quickly and gain exposure that goes beyond a traditional HR Advisor position. You will be supported by Senior HRBPs and a wider P&C; team.
