A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

As a Groomer you'll deliver exceptional grooming experiences, in addition to:
n
n
Providing full grooming services, including breed-specific styling
n
Delivering outstanding customer service and personalised grooming advice
n
Managing client bookings and building lasting customer relationships
n
Maintaining high salon presentation and safety standards
n
Supporting the Store Manager with salon operations
n
Helping achieve salon performance goals while always putting pet welfare first
n
Working collaboratively with the wider store team
n
n
Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?

Experience in qualified dog grooming
n
Qualification in Grooming preferred,



but not essential
n
Ability to create and embed strong safety practices throughout the salon
n
Good knowledge of specific breed clips, with a commitment to maintaining grooming styles and brand/product knowledge
n
Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy animals as required
n
Demonstrated experience in handling and working with live animals
n
Maintain advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin diseases and how to identify them
n
Proven ability to exceed grooming KPIs through high-quality care, customer satisfaction, and strong team collaboration
n
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers and team members
n
