About the Role
n
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n




Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care
n
Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
n
Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans
n
Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and overall health needs
n
Maintain best-practice infection prevention and control standards
n
Work collaboratively with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
n
Assist with admissions, assessments, and ongoing clinical reviews
n
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered)
n
Current CPR and First Aid certification
n
Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
n
Current Influenza vaccination
n
Valid Australian working rights
n
100 points of identification
n
