Job Description
Synergie Skin is seeking a hands-on Dispatch Team Leader in Springvale to own and drive day-to-day order fulfilment across channels. You will lead the dispatch team, optimise systems such as NetSuite, ReadyFreight and RF-SMART, and partner with the Head of Operations to ensure accuracy, safety and continuous improvement.

You will manage inventory, coach staff, report on DIFOT and stock status, and implement practical improvements to keep orders moving in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
