Present menus, take accurate orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Maintain section presentation to QT and Gowings standards; work evenings, weekends and public holidays; and bring a genuine passion for hospitality.
Previous premium dining and wine service experience is preferred.
