The surgery boasts high QOF scores, Good CQC report and strong patient satisfaction.
There is a strong and stable team of Partners and Salaried GPs in place, a well staffed team of allied healthcare professionals and around 4 admin staff meaning the chosen candidate will be walking into a well functioning practice.
The practice manager would be supported by a business manager and reception manager.
Key Duties
Practice Manager Role
Full time circa 40 hours a week
Patient list size of circa 13,000
Existing team of Partners and Salaried GPs in place
Strong clinical support from Advanced Practitioners,



Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists and more
Business Manager and Reception Manager in place
Well staffed admin team
SystmOne practice
Big and spacious practice building
On site parking
Package and Benefits
£55,000 to £60,000 per annum DOE
30 days annual leave + bank holidays
NHS pension enrolment
Key Skills and Qualifications
Must have previous practice management experience in a GP surgery, Possess the right to work in the UK
