Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Revenue Manager to drive performance across accommodation revenue, group business, corporate accounts, events and online distribution. This is a hands‐on commercial role suited to someone who understands hotel revenue management and also enjoys sales, business development and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pace and demand; recommend pricing and yielding actions
n
Manage group enquiries end-to-end; prepare quotes, proposals and contracts; convert leads
n
Identify and grow corporate, group, leisure and event business; maintain key account relationships
n
Generate and convert event enquiries; site inspections; coordinate the handover of confirmed business to operations
n
Maintain rates, availability, content and parity across Booking.com, Expedia and all channels
n
Improve visibility, ranking, conversion and direct-booking performance
n
Prepare revenue, sales, group and commercial performance reports
n
n
About you
n
n
Experience in hotel revenue, sales, reservations, groups or events
n
Strong understanding of ADR, RevPAR, pricing, yielding and pace
n




Confident negotiating group and corporate rates
n
Experience with PMS, channel managers and OTA extranets
n
Strong communication, relationship‐building and sales skills
n
Analytical, detail-focused and commercially minded
n
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced hotel environment
n
