Dispatch Controller Role

Kinetic is looking for a proactive Dispatch Controller to join our brand-current Noosa Depot and help keep live transport operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll coordinate driver and vehicle movements, respond quickly to incidents, and play a key part in delivering safe, reliable services for our community.
n
We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds—whether you have direct experience in transport operations or bring transferable skills from fast-paced environments such as logistics, emergency services, customer service, or operations coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Coordinate bus and employee operational movements, in relation to scheduled bus services androutes, and to meet requirements for maintenance, fueling and other bus and service requirements.
n
Assist in management of resources including allocating resources, managing headcount, plannedleave, absenteeism and day to day employee availability to deliver business operations.
n




Ensuring all work allocated to employees complies with National Fatigue guidelines and meets allregulations and Enterprise Agreements.
n
Manage as needed, any planned variations to employee's rosters/timesheets and associated dataentry or pay query processes to ensure payroll is correctly processed on a weekly basis.

Assist in charter allocations, quoting and communication with Sales support team

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Experience in monitoring transport networks with strong attention to detail is preferred but not essential.
n
Proficiency in computer systems and communication tools.
n
MR or equivalent drivers license preferred or willing to obtain.
n
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
n
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
n
This role will be based at our Noosa Depot, with occasional work required at our Caloundra and Marcoola Depots.
