Job Description
Cater Care Group is hiring a Workplace Relations Advisor in a part time, permanent role (approx. 28 hours/week) with hybrid flexibility, Brisbane or Sydney based.

Reporting to the Group Workplace Relations Manager, you'll provide practical HR advice, interpret industrial instruments, and conduct investigations as part of a growing team. Ideal candidates have prior Workplace Relations/IR experience, relevant HR/IR qualifications preferred, and strong stakeholder management.
