Team Global Express in Australia is seeking a Senior Manager - Customer Implementation to own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for freight customers. You will lead a specialist team, partner with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Shared Services to deliver high-quality, scalable onboarding from deal to live operations.
You'll drive governance, mentor staff, and lead strategic, high-profile implementations while representing the brand in customer forums and executive discussions.
