Job Description

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will own execution.
n
What You'll Be Responsible For:
n
n
Full technical audit of 3 WordPress sites
n
Creating and executing a rebuild roadmap
n
Managing external developers and contractors
n
Cleaning up plugin stack and technical debt
n
Improving site speed (Core Web Vitals)
n
Ensuring SEO-safe migration and structure
n
Overseeing hosting, security and scalability
n
Implementing clean tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking)
n
Creating a stable environment so marketing can move fast

You report directly to the CEO.
n
Must Haves
n
n
Has led at least 2 full WordPress rebuilds end-to-end
n
Has 5+ years deep WordPress experience
n
Hands-on website migration experience and deep WordPress skills.
n
Understands hosting, performance, caching, and security
n
Has managed dev contractors or agencies before
n
Is commercially aware (understands impact on revenue)
n
Can operate without constant direction
n
This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only. If you've only maintained sites or worked off tickets, this role is NOT a fit.

Home Office Requirements
